INDIVIDUAL PLACEMENT Options provides job placement, training and support for individual job placements
through three distinct services; a licensed “Supported Employment Service”, the day training and habilitation
program and a “limited work placement and support” service. With these resources, Options designs its services
to the need of the worker and the employer. These services include regular follow-up by the Supported Employment Managers
to assure ongoing success

Options provides alternative programming for its seniors, tailored to their individual
needs and interests.
SENIOR'S PROGRAM Options provides alternative programming for its seniors, tailored to
their individual needs and interests. Current offerings include "Rusty Hinges" swimming, integrated senior citizen
events and a variety of entertainment and social outings. Options provides these services for seniors under an Adult Day
Services license and its Day Training and Habilitation services license.
SERVICES FOR PERSONS WHO ARE SEVERELY CHALLENGED Specialized facilities and equipment
are offered to meet the needs of persons who are more severely challenged. In addition to having improved staffing levels
and low staff turnover, staff persons in this area are highly skilled and caring. Offerings to consumers in this area include
swimming, community events and a variety of entertainment and social outings.
TRANSPORTATION SERVICES Options provides transportation to and from the person's residence
within our service area.

WORK ENCLAVE Options also provides the opportunity
to work on crews usually consisting of four workers and a job coach. The job coach provides ongoing supervision and
support for the workers and assures that the job is completed to the employer’s satisfactions.

IN-CENTER EMPLOYMENT Within its facility, Options provides a variety of subcontract
work including light machining, assembly, packaging and finishing work to meet the varied work needs and abilities of the
people we serve
COMMUNITY INTEGRATION Options is committed to integrating the persons it serves into the life of their
communities. To this end, regular community training opportunities are provided for all of its consumers. Options also maintains
memberships for its consumers at the Gold's Gym in Monticello, as well as regularly utilizing the Becker Community Center.
